Who you will work for

The company is a market leader in its sector and is looking to scale for future growth. As Commercial Director, you will be responsible for the development and implementation of commercial strategies, optimising processes, and driving business growth.

What you'll do

Build robust commercial processes and systems. Strategically organise the commercial function to deliver exceptional results Support the identification and development of commercial opportunities. Act as a key liaison between the external sales team, customers, and the production team. Optimise processes to drive revenue growth Coach, train and develop the team to proactively identify revenue opportunities Develop and implement customer-centric strategies.
