A leading regional law firm with a strong reputation in complex, high-value disputes is seeking an experienced litigator to join its accomplished Dispute Resolution & Litigation team. There is a clear route to Partnership in this role.

This is a rare opportunity to work with a team that punches well above its weight, acting for an enviable list of blue-chip clients across a wide range of sectors.

You will be joining a collaborative and well-structured group that allows for genuine progression to Partnership, based around succession planning over the next 2 - 5 years. This also means there is a client base for the right person to pick up.

The team handles a wide-ranging caseload including - Commercial contract disputes, Professional indemnity, Breach of warranty and shareholder disputes and international arbitration. The role offers real variety, with clients spanning the automotive, financial services, leisure, fisheries, logistics, and FMCG sectors.

This role offers clear prospects for progression, with partnership potential for the right candidate in line with a transparent internal career framework.
