Are you a commercially minded finance professional who thrives on partnering with the business to drive performance? We are excited to be partnering with a well-known and rapidly growing organisation in Edinburgh city centre and we are looking for a Commercial Finance Business Partner to join a high-performing team, supporting strategic decision-making and delivering impactful financial insight.

Responsibilities

• Partnering with operational and regional teams to provide financial analysis and challenge.
• Leading budgeting, forecasting, and planning cycles.
• Building strong relationships with non-finance stakeholders to influence decisions.
• Creating and maintaining advanced Excel models to support commercial initiatives.
• Presenting financial performance and recommendations to senior leadership.
• Identifying risks, opportunities, and supporting strategic projects.

Skills

• Experience in a commercial finance or business partnering role.
• Excellent Excel skills - confident with pivot tables, lookups, and financial modelling.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to influence and challenge constructively.
• Professional accounting qualification (ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent) preferred.
