What's on offer?

Starting Book: Pre-built portfolios of approximately £k - £k in income.
Targets and expectations are tailored based on portfolio size, experience and existing relationships.

Compensation:
Base salary to £85k (depending on experience)

    What we're looking for:

  • At least 18 months in a similar Commercial Account Director, Account Executive or Development Executive role.
  • A strong technical background in designing and managing complex insurance programs.
  • A proven track record of developing client portfolios and delivering results.
  • Ambition and growth mindset, with the ability to exceed client and business expectations.
  • A collaborative team player who thrives in an environment of shared expertise.
