The Opportunity: Are you an ambitious product professional ready to elevate your career? We invite you to step into a pivotal role as a Product Director at K3 Fashion Solutions. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will craft and execute a product vision and roadmap that aligns with market demands and our strategic growth objectives.

About K3 Fashion: K3 is a leading provider of business‐critical software solutions focused on fashion and apparel brands and related large retail brands. The Group's solutions comprise a number of applications authored by K3 and also third-party products that have been enriched with K3 software. These solutions provide customers with comprehensive, end-to-end capabilities that enable them to have greater control over their operations and real-time oversight of their businesses. The Group operates through two divisions, K3 Products and Third-party Solutions.

K3 Fashion solutions target the Fashion and Apparel Markets covering Retail, Wholesale and Manufacturing sectors with our products, K3 Fashion and K3 Pebblestone. We are a Microsoft recognised Global ISV and both our core products are embedded and enhance Microsoft's ERP solutions, D365 Finance and supply chain and D365 Business Central respectively.

The strategic Product vision and roadmap will be based on input from internal stakeholders, customers, market research and the product director's own industry/technology insight; working closely with the Managing Director, Product, Marketing and other K3 teams to deliver products to market that can deliver on the growth plans.

The Commercial Product Director will be responsible for product planning, guiding delivery and marketing throughout the product lifecycle. They will develop a forecast for the product based on input from marketing, sales, market analysts and their own experience and manage its delivery, identifying the key benefits and value of products to be used to create and maintain marketing plans and collateral (including web updates, product training materials and sales training).
