JOB REF: 1435. The Role
You’ll play a strategic role in shaping the future of the department, delivering high-quality legal services, and driving business growth. Lead and supervise a high‑performing commercial property team, providing guidance and mentoring to support their development. Manage a varied caseload of commercial property matters including leases, sales, purchases, and re‑mortgages with registered, unregistered, leasehold and freehold commercial properties. Champion business development activities, building lasting client relationships and enhancing the firm’s regional reputation.
Skills Required
Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with a minimum of 5 years’ PQE in a commercial property role. Demonstrated leadership and team management experience. Outstanding client care and communication skills with a keen eye for detail. Strong time management, organisation, and IT proficiency across Microsoft Office and case management systems.
