Job Description:

Overview

The Program Director provides operational support and guidance to ensure the client workplace services team has the necessary resources to deliver exceptional customer service. The role involves developing relationships with clients, managing teams, and overseeing programs including ESG, Business Continuity, and Safety.

Responsibilities include:

• Planning, developing, and managing program delivery and documentation
• Leading and supervising the client support team and Program Managers
• Developing strategies and operational plans to meet client goals
• Ensuring compliance with organizational policies and standards
• Managing risks, client satisfaction, and data integrity
• Driving process improvements and operational excellence
• Fostering effective communication within teams and with clients
• Performing other duties as assigned

Position Requirements:

• Experience in Relocation and/or Real Estate industry preferred
• Strong project management and leadership skills
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to travel up to 25%

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business Management, Project Management, or related fields
• 5-7 years of relevant industry experience, with 3+ years in supervisory roles
• Master’s degree preferred

Physical Requirements:

• Sitting for extended periods, working on a computer
• Lifting up to 15 pounds as needed

Salary & Benefits: $120,000 - $130,000, including health insurance, 401(k), paid time off, holidays, life insurance, and disability coverage.

This position is remote, with preferred locations in specified regions, and requires industry experience.
