Due to continued growth, the business are seeking an experienced and strategic Construction Director to join our senior leadership team and drive operational excellence.
The Role:
As Construction Director, you will have overall responsibility for the planning, management, and delivery of multiple residential groundworks projects. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will play a key role in shaping the business strategy, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of safety and quality.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide strong leadership and direction to project managers, site teams, and operational staff.
Oversee the successful delivery of residential groundworks contracts from mobilisation to completion.
