Overview Construction Director – London or Birmingham Residential Development Leading National Developer has a requirement for a Construction Director to join their senior leadership team in either London or Birmingham as they continue to grow across the build-to-rent (BTR), co-living, and purpose-built student accommodation (PBSA) sectors. Responsibilities
Take the lead across your portfolio of projects, ensuring delivery is efficient, on-budget, and aligned with high standards.
Qualifications / Experience
Proven leadership experience in construction delivery, ideally across multiple project types. Confident and collaborative leader who thrives in a dynamic environment, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams and a strong commercial mindset. Willingness to travel nationally as required; operating on a national scale with expenses covered in line with company policy.
