Construction Director – Housebuilding Location: Exeter, Devon

About the Role: We’re working with a leading residential developer to recruit an experienced Construction Director to join their South West region, based from their Exeter office.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a senior construction professional to take ownership of multiple large-scale housing and residential development projects across the region. You’ll oversee all aspects of construction operations – including project planning, budgeting, quality assurance, health & safety, and team performance – ensuring every project is delivered on time, to budget, and to the highest standards. This is a key leadership role within the regional board, offering real influence over business strategy and delivery.
