Overview: We are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager to join a leading fit-out contractor on a long-term freelance basis. This is an exciting opportunity to deliver high-quality CAT A and CAT B commercial office fit-out projects across Central London, working with prestigious clients and design teams.

The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership skills, a detail-oriented approach, and proven experience delivering fast-track office fit-outs to the highest standard, on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

Take full ownership of projects from pre-construction through to handover

Coordinate and manage the on-site delivery team and subcontractors

Develop and monitor project programmes, ensuring milestones are met

Manage health & safety compliance, site logistics, and quality assurance

*

Liaise effectively with clients, consultants, and internal teams

Track and report on project costs, variations, and procurement schedules

*

Ensure timely delivery of all site documentation and project reporting
