Consulting Director - Defence

New Today

Job Description

Are you a highly ambitious, strategic leader within the defence sector, looking for a unique opportunity to shape and grow a new business area from the ground up?

We are partnered with a well-established and leading provider of full life-cycle engineering services, who are experts in transforming infrastructures across various markets, driving new technology and innovation to meet modern day challenges and adapt at scale.

A very exciting and unique opportunity has become available for an experienced Delivery Director to spearhead the development of their advisory and analytics capabilities within the Defence sector, building a future-focused portfolio.

This is a crucial and high-impact role. This isn't just about managing projects; it's about driving business development with expert delivery to help shape and grow a new business area from the ground up.

Already having a large footprint in the defence sector, primarily focused on equipment and maintenance, this role offers the chance to leverage their existing presence, whilst building a new, high-growth advisory business that addresses critical gaps in the market, such as the use of data science and AI to solve logistical challenges, with this being a key area of investment and growth.

  • Asset Management and Digital Advisory: Experience in asset management, digital advisory, data science, and operational technology (OT)
  • Proven Business Acumen: A track record of both business development and project delivery. You must be able to generate new opportunities, develop solutions, and close deals.
