Lead and grow our sales operations across multiple pan European Accounts, through European markets. This role is responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans, driving revenue growth, and building strong relationships with pan European key Accounts, specifically JD, and other partners across the region. This role will also lead our Digital Sales team to drive growth across key channels. When it applies (e.g. JD), this role takes a global responsibility that can go from coordination (e.g. core range, Brand SinS, activation calendar…) to leading (e.g. selling in part or all the business…) the Customer(s) for its Global business. Working in partnership with other PODs leaders, across channels (wholesales) and internal functions to enable sustainable growth matching our LRP ambition. Your Impact Drive Revenue and Profitability

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage annual revenue targets of >150M$ and account profitability across key European markets, ensuring quarterly growth in alignment with Under Armour EMEA's commercial strategy. Depending on the Account, the responsibilities (scope vary per Account) can extend to Global scope.
  • Develop and execute strategic business plans for elevated pan-European Key Accounts within the region, with measurable milestones every quarter and full alignment to brand and commercial priorities.
  • Monitor market trends to increase Under Armour's market share across pan-European Accounts and proactively identify risks and opportunities, delivering actionable insights and mitigation plans on a quarterly basis. Global scope can apply.
  • Coordinate and lead cross-functional collaboration with marketing, product, operations, and finance teams to deliver integrated customer solutions, ensuring monthly alignment meetings and shared KPIs are in place.
  • The director will keep market teams fully informed of strategies and decisions impacting local markets. Depending on the Account, the cross-functional leadership will extend to Global functions (scope vary per Account).
  • Implement EMEA sales strategies—including trade terms, customer segmentation, and range planning—across all assigned geographies, with bi-annual reviews to assess effectiveness and adapt to market dynamics. Depending on the Account, the implementation responsibilities (scope vary per Account) can extend to Global scope.
  • Lead, coach, and develop the pan-European wholesale team in line with the centrally defined blueprint, conducting quarterly performance reviews and implementing individual development plans.
  • Work closely together with Key cities' leaders to increase Under Armour footprint and market share in key cities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or master's in relevant field.
  • 15 years of relevant experience leading Sales teams.
  • 6+ years of management experience; or equivalent experience as the subject matter lead or expert in area of expertise.
  • Fluent in English, ideally conversational in another European language.
  • Be an expert across EMEA - with a focus on Pan-European countries - Building on established relationships.
  • Product and assortment expert aligned to Buying Groups, Specialty account, Key Account.
  • Proven experience working with apparel and/or footwear.
