We are looking for a Contract Director to lead and develop the onsite team, build relationships with stakeholders, and manage client and contractual relationships.

The Contract Director will:

• Lead and develop the onsite team
• Build and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders
• Manage client and contractual relationships
• Review business performance and ensure delivery of key targets

The successful candidate will have:

• Excellent industry knowledge and experience of working with food in retail and hospitality
• Demonstrable experience of managing complex sites or area operations
• Knowledge of the education and contract catering sector
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
