My client, a leading third party provider is on the lookout for a passionate and driven Contract Director to take the lead in delivering soft services, with a strong focus on catering, within a healthcare setting. If you're a natural leader who thrives on delivering excellence, this role offers the perfect opportunity to make a real impact where it truly matters.
Key Responsibilities: Lead the delivery and performance of soft FM services, with a spotlight on catering, ensuring services meet and exceed contract expectations. Build strong relationships with internal teams and PFI partners, acting as the key point of contact for all soft service operations. Inspire your team to innovate, improve, and deliver a best-in-class experience for patients, visitors, and staff. Manage budgets, drive commercial performance, and ensure full compliance with SLAs, KPIs, and regulatory standards.
What They Are Looking For: A proven leader with senior FM experience in a PFI healthcare environment – knowing the complexities and how to navigate them.
