We are working with a well known Facilities and Workplace management business to appoint a Contract Director, our client is a recognised global leader in the provision of outsourced IFM services. Key accountabilities include.

• Develop and maintain strong, strategic relationships with senior stakeholders across the sites and developing a partnership model
• Conduct regular contract reviews with clients, presenting performance data, strategic insights, and value propositions.
• Oversee the operational delivery of all IFM services across site, ensuring adherence to KPIs, SLAs, and contractual obligations.
• Develop a customer first mindset across the service team and ensure a best in class IFM delivery
• Leverage technology and data analytics to optimise operations and develop operational efficiencies
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing management team and implement succession plans
• Identify and pursue contract growth opportunities through the introduction of new services, technologies, or expanded contract scope.

We are looking for a highly collaborative lead, you must have the ability to operate at both operational and strategic levels. It is imperative you have a background in delivering IFM services at a senior level. A track record in government, medical, pharma, health or tightly controlled environments would be advantageous.
