Overview

As Corporate Banking Director, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our structured finance strategy. Leveraging your deep market knowledge and extensive network, you will identify high-value opportunities, drive complex transactions to completion, and strengthen the bank’s reputation as a trusted partner for corporates and sponsors.

Responsibilities

• Originate, structure, and execute complex structured finance transactions across diverse sectors.
• Build and maintain a robust network of corporates, sponsors, and advisors to generate high-quality deal flow.
• Lead deal structuring, financial modeling, and preparation of credit papers for senior management approval.
• Negotiate and finalise LMA-based loan documentation and associated legal agreements.
• Ensure all transactions meet risk, credit, and regulatory standards.
• Represent the bank externally, enhancing its visibility and credibility in the structured finance market.

What You Bring

• Proven experience in structured finance origination and execution, including leveraged and acquisition finance.
• Strong credit analysis and financial modeling capabilities.
• Established relationships with corporates, sponsors, and intermediaries.
