This role is based in Glasgow city centre however the firm do operate a hybrid working model.The corporate team provides advice to businesses of all sizes on all aspects of Corporate and Commercial activity including:• The incorporation, purchase and sale of Companies• Shareholders’ Agreements• Business and Asset acquisitions• The formation of Partnerships and Limited Liability Partnerships• The incorporation of Community Interest Companies (CICs)The ideal candidate for this role will have between 2 years PQE all the way up to Partner level. #J-18808-Ljbffr
