Our client, a highly respected and forward-thinking regional law firm, is seeking a talented Corporate Law Senior Associate to join their thriving Maidstone office. This is a rare chance to play a central role in high-value transactions, work closely with Partners, and help drive the continued expansion of a dynamic and ambitious team recognised for excellence and innovation.

The Role: Make Your Mark on Major Corporate Deals

As a Senior Associate, you’ll be instrumental in leading complex corporate M&A transactions and supporting the further growth of the team. You’ll enjoy autonomy to manage your own deals, mentor junior colleagues, and work collaboratively with Partners on a wide range of matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage corporate transactions including M&A, reorganisations, and joint ventures
  • Advise clients on company law, governance, and commercial agreements
  • Support business development and contribute to client relationship management
  • Mentor and supervise junior lawyers within the team
  • Collaborate with Partners on high-value and complex matters
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant legislation and market trends

What We’re Looking For: Requirements

  • Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales)
  • 6–10 years’ PQE in Corporate Law, ideally with a focus on M&A
  • Strong technical expertise in corporate transactions and company law
  • Excellent commercial awareness and client relationship skills
  • Proven ability to manage complex matters and lead deal teams
  • Proactive, collaborative approach with a passion for mentoring others
  • Experience with business development is highly desirable
