Role and Responsibilities: Highlight key tax risks arising and advise on tax warranties and indemnities required and review taxation implications of sale and purchase agreements Co-ordinate, develop and deliver tax due diligence reviews on target businesses and for vendor due diligence assignments Know how to do pre-disposal reviews of the tax aspects of businesses for which sales mandates are held. Have a good understanding of corporate and group re-organisations and be able to articulate this to our clients in a clear and concise manner.
