Salary: £80,000 - £100,000
A leading provider of green space management and environmental services is looking for a Corporate Services Director to lead growth across its National Corporate Services Division. This division delivers grounds maintenance and related services to blue-chip clients in the corporate and commercial sector.
This is a senior leadership role with national responsibility. The successful candidate will set strategic direction, build client relationships, and lead regional teams to deliver growth, profitability, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver national strategic and financial targets
* Develop and implement plans for organic and acquisitive growth
* Lead, develop and support the management team
* Report to the Board and drive performance across the Division
* Enhance reputation in the green services sector through quality and safety
* Build and maintain senior-level client relationships
Candidate Profile:
* Board-level experience (Director, Operations Director, or equivalent)
* Strong P&L management and commercial skills
* Track record of delivering profitable, high-quality contracts
* Experience leading dispersed operations and negotiating contracts
* Excellent leadership, team-building, and client management skills
* Degree-qualified (postgraduate preferred)
