The successful candidate will lead high impact projects across the organisation, working closely with the Chief of Strategy and Transformation, as well as the CEO, CFO, COO, and Business Unit Leader, to support the design, execution, and monitoring of BPP’s corporate-level strategic plan.This role will provide analytical, research, and programmatic support for corporate-level and Business Unit strategic initiatives, driving clarity, alignment, and execution excellence across the organisation. It offers the opportunity to shape BPP’s long-term direction while delivering immediate value through targeted, high-profile projects.The successful candidate must be a highly motivated self-starter with proven ability to work in an agile manner in a fast-paced environment, both independently and as a member of a team.**Key Responsibilities*** **Strategic Planning & Execution** 1. Support the development and implementation of BPP’s corporate strategic plan in partnership with the c-suite and TDR Capital. 2. Translate strategic priorities into actionable initiatives, ensuring alignment across the Group and Business Units.* **Research & Analysis** 1. Provide in depth analysis of industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitive dynamics to inform corporate decision-making. 2. Conduct financial modelling, scenario planning, and business case development for key initiatives. 3. Deliver bespoke research and analysis to support CEO- and Board-level discussions.* **Strategic Projects & Initiatives** 1. Lead and coordinate high-impact, cross-functional strategic projects that span multiple Business Units. 2. Drive clarity of scope, ensure alignment of outcomes, and support execution against strategic objectives. 3. Manage timelines, risks, and progress reporting for key initiatives.* **Stakeholder Engagement** 1. Build and maintain strong working relationships with senior stakeholders across the Group. 2. Collaborate with functional teams to gain buy-in and ensure delivery of recommendations. 3. Provide support for external engagements, including strategic partnerships and potential corporate development opportunities.* **Corporate Development and post-merger integration** 1. Support initial due diligence and assessment of strategic synergies for potential partnerships or acquisitions. 2. Work with the integration team in relevant strategic topics related to PMI processes**Skills, experience & qualifications required - Essential*** Minimum 8-10 years of experience, ideally including a relevant tenure at a top-tier management consulting firm and/or corporate strategy function.* Experience in the education, professional services, digital transformation, tech, or knowledge industries is advantageous.* Direct responsibility to deliver strategic projects relevant in topics relevant for BPP Higher Education businesses is required (e.g. growth strategies, internationalization, digital transformation, value creation plans, AI, GTM evolution, etc.)* Proven track record in strategic planning, execution, and project management at the corporate level.BPP actively promotes equality of opportunity for all with the right mix of talent, skills and potential, and welcomes applications from a wide range of candidates.
