You will play a key role in strengthening client relationships, contributing to strategic growth, and developing your leadership capability.You will be encouraged to think commercially and strategically, with responsibility for growing your client portfolio and enhancing your professional profile for the benefit of both your career and the wider organisation.Key ResponsibilitiesIn this role, you will:Work proactively and collaboratively with senior colleagues to deliver effective, high-quality client solutionsContribute to the strategic development and growth of the corporate tax portfolioManage the successful delivery of commercially focused and technically robust advisory and compliance servicesBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholdersIdentify and pursue new business opportunities with new and existing clientsSupport the development of the wider client portfolio in partnership with senior leadershipLead, support, and develop team membersExperience and ExpertiseStrong experience managing a portfolio of corporate tax clients across advisory and compliance workProven ability to deliver high-quality, commercially viable tax adviceDemonstrated success in building and maintaining long-term client relationshipsExperience identifying, securing, and developing new business opportunitiesPeople management and team leadership experienceQualificationsCTA, ACA, or equivalent professional qualificationProfessional AttributesStrategic mindset with strong commercial awarenessConfident communicator, comfortable engaging with senior stakeholdersCollaborative and relationship-driven approachHigh levels of personal accountability and professionalismCulture and DevelopmentThe firm is committed to fostering an inclusive, flexible, and supportive working environment.
