Job Description
Lead and manage corporate tax compliance and advisory projects for a portfolio of clients.Provide expert guidance on tax planning, restructuring, and compliance matters.Review and oversee the preparation of corporate tax computations and returns.Monitor changes in tax legislation and ensure clients remain compliant.Support the development and training of junior team members within the tax department.The Successful Applicant
A successful Corporate Tax Director should have:
A professional qualification such as ACA, ACCA, or CTA.Extensive experience in corporate tax within the professional services industry.Strong technical knowledge of UK tax legislation and compliance processes.Proven ability to manage client relationships and deliver tailored tax solutions.Leadership skills to manage and mentor a team effectively.Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.What's on Offer
