The specialist Corporate and Real Estate Tax Team comprise 15 lawyers across our 13 offices and work closely with their colleagues in the Private Wealth Trusts, Estates and Tax team. This is a friendly and cohesive team with great support at all levels.The RoleWe are now looking to recruit further at all levels to complement our market leading Corporate and Real Estate Tax team. We are seeking a specialist tax solicitor with upwards of 2 years + PQE. You will ideally have a strong background advising on the tax aspects of mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganisations and restructuring, as well as SDLT, VAT and employment taxes.We trust our people to work flexibly in the way that works best for them, their teams and our clients.
