Role PurposeThis role will sit in the Data, Tools & Policies team which is dedicated to analytics and data management. This role focuses on ensuring the effective use of data tools and adherence to policies, driving operational excellence through data-driven insights.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide guidance, mentorship, and support to team members.Foster a collaborative and productive work environment.Lead on development of Cost Estimate Templates, Cost Breakdown Structures, development of new templates and tools to support progressive and proactive cost assurance and understand the workflow and process.Understand previous process, lessons learnt and how we can build this into new processes and tools.Oversee the collection, processing, and analysis of data, including wider engagement with Trusts and client Finance and understanding how they feed into the process.Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity through robust processes, tools and engagement.Develop and maintain data management policies and procedures including roll-out and training as required.Utilise data tools to generate actionable insights and trends and feed back into programme.Create and maintain dashboards and reports to support decision-making.Collaborate with other departments both within the client and wider programme to understand their data needs and provide solutions.Implement and manage data tools and software.Ensure compliance with data policies and regulations.Continuously evaluate and improve data tools and processes, including regular engagement with stakeholders and client departments to capture lessons learnt and identify effective improvements.QualificationsTeam leadership and management.Data analysis and visualisation.Policy implementation and compliance.Effective communication and collaboration.Excellent Excel skills.Attention to detail and accuracy.Additional InformationOur inspired people share our vision and mission.
