CRE Loan Manager Associate Director or Director level, London Salary level £85,000 upwards plus comp / benefits I am looking for at least one possibly two experienced (Associate Director or Director level) CRE Loan Managers to join our clients credit admin team here in London. Any successful candidate will need to hit the ground running and be comfortable working on various types of loans (bilateral, syndicated, mezzanine, back levered) with an intermediate proficiency in Excel. The role will involve managing a portfolio of Commercial Real Estate loans from drawdown through to redemption. This role involves working within the Credit Administration functional area to ensure timely and accurate servicing of a portfolio of loans for institutional clients. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to maintain robust processes, timely communication and compliance with industry regulations.
