We are looking for an early-career Film Director to join our in-house London team.
RD is a global creative production agency, creating content for clients all over the globe with offices in London, Singapore, New York and Abu Dhabi.
From shooting in our sustainable studios, through to animation & VFX post production and original content, you'll be working across a huge variety of projects.

The successful candidate will work with the rest of the creative department to devise, pitch and produce campaigns from end-to-end.
You will play a pivotal role in responding to briefs with with award-winning ideas, pitching them to clients and leading our talented teams of producers, camera operators and editors to craft those ideas into visually stunning and emotionally impactful campaigns.
Desired Skills: A strong commercial portfolio. 1-3 years industry experience (in-house or freelance). AI Proficiency: Expertise in integrating AI tools like Midjourney, Runway, Sora, Kling and Veo 3 to streamline the content creation process, from initial concepting and visual ideation to the rapid production of high-impact social media assets. Excellent communication skills , both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate creative concepts and strategies effectively. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment while juggling multiple projects and deadlines.
Job Type: Full-time, initial 3-month contract with an opportunity to go permanent. Salary: £30,000.00 - £35,000.00 p/a pro rata (D.O.E)
