We have created a fully automated language tutorship experience powered by generative AI Avatars. After raising $30 million in Series-A funding, we are growing and looking for a Creative Producer to join us. We are a global small team of 50 innovators who are pushing the boundaries of what’s possible in language learning and tutoring. In this fast-paced environment we like independent self-starters who can work well in a team as well as unassisted and who enjoy the working environment of an early-stage startup.About The RoleWe are looking for a Creative Producer to join our marketing and growth team. This role is ideal for someone who sits at the intersection of creativity and strategy — someone who can transform market insights into high-performing ad concepts for language learning audiences.The Creative Producer will be responsible for driving the development of ad creatives from concept to delivery, working closely with designers, creators, and marketers.Main deliverables will be preparing briefs and making sure our designer team hits their commitment of creatives in our iteration stream.ResponsibilitiesCreative Brief Development: Create detailed and structured creative briefs for the design team that include both existing working assets and new creative directions based on market research.Analyse current ad performance, competitors, and platform trends to identify fresh visual and conceptual approaches.Clearly communicate objectives, references, and creative guidelines to ensure alignment and efficiency in production.Creative Coordination & Production: Help coordinate the full creative production process with internal designers and content creators.Conduct market and competitor research to identify new creative trends, hooks, and storytelling formats.Support the ideation and execution of high performing ad campaigns, ensuring brand alignment and creative excellence.Market Understanding & Strategic Insight: Maintain a strong understanding of user acquisition (UA) strategies and performance metrics.Stay updated on trends in the language learning market, audience behaviors, and platform dynamics (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).Use data and testing results to iterate and improve creative performance.What We Are Looking For From You2+ years of experience in creative production, performance marketing, or content strategy (preferably in a digital or app-based environment).Strong communication and organizational skills — able to manage multiple creative projects simultaneously.Experience collaborating with designers, video editors, and content creators.
