Job Description

An ambitious and forward-thinking creative studio is looking for a Creative Director to lead the vision, execution, and evolution of high-impact, design-led projects. This role is ideal for someone with a deep creative sensibility, a future-focused mindset, and a genuine curiosity for emerging technologies.

You’ll be at the helm of a multidisciplinary team working across motion, digital, UI/UX, and immersive experiences — guiding ideas from inception to launch. This is a hands-on leadership position that blends conceptual thinking with technical curiosity and collaborative energy.

Based in London, but working internationally, the team thrives on experimentation, bold thinking, and boundary-pushing creativity. You’ll play a key role in shaping the studio’s creative identity and championing work that challenges conventions — both visually and technologically.

What You’ll Do

  • Drive the creative direction across a range of innovative projects, ensuring a strong, cohesive visual identity
  • Champion exploration and experimentation with AI, generative tools, and other emerging creative technologies
  • Inspire and lead a globally distributed team of designers, artists, and technologists
  • Stay deeply involved in the creative process — from concepting and scripting to prototyping and design delivery
  • Balance creative ambition with production timelines, team capacity, and technical realities
  • Collaborate closely with clients — contributing to briefs, leading pitches, and guiding creative partnerships
  • Support the growth and development of studio culture, strategy, and new business initiatives
  • Identify, attract, and nurture top-tier creative talent with a mindset for innovation and experimentation

What You Bring

  • A proven background as a Creative Director or Senior Design Lead in an agency or studio setting
  • A standout portfolio that spans digital design, motion, UI/UX, and work with emerging platforms or technologies
  • Strong interest in the evolving role of AI, real-time engines, and generative design in creative workflows
  • Exceptional storytelling skills, visual clarity, and systems-level thinking
  • Proficiency in tools like Figma, After Effects, and an understanding of real-time/3D tools such as Unreal, Houdini, or TouchDesigner
  • Confident communication skills — particularly in client-facing contexts and strategy discussions
  • Experience managing multidisciplinary teams and delivering across varied formats and platforms
  • A collaborative, open mindset and a strong instinct for pushing creative boundaries
