What you'll do Lead on menu development and innovation, ensuring our food offering excites and evolves with trends. Guarantee food quality and consistency across all sites. Manage the supply chain and cost control, balancing creativity with commercial awareness. Identify and deliver new food concepts that strengthen our market position. Build and lead a high-performing kitchen culture, motivating teams to deliver excellence. Design and deliver a training and development programme that upskills kitchen teams and supports succession planning. Bring culinary breadth and experience to support the different brands we operate.
