You’ll be joining a high-performing Strategy & Performance Transformation team, working at the forefront of customer innovation and helping senior leaders shape and execute strategies that truly make a difference.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Leading major customer transformation programmes, from proposition design to delivery. Advising Banking and Insurance clients on integrating sales, service and marketing for seamless customer journeys. Winning and delivering multi-phased, high-value consulting engagements. Building trusted relationships with C-Suite executives and industry leaders. Driving innovation with CRM, AI, and digital solutions to improve performance. Managing and developing high-calibre consulting teams.
