Are you a data leader with a proven track record of transforming data functions into high impact, value driving capabilities? This is an exciting opportunity to partner with a major multi site, multi channel retailer on a 6 month contract where your leadership will directly shape the business strategy.

The opportunity

You will lead a data function with the ambition of putting data at the very heart of the business. This is not just about managing a team but about building and embedding data capabilities that drive commercial outcomes across customer, operations, supply chain and digital.

What we are looking for

  • Proven experience transforming and embedding data capabilities in large scale consumer businesses
  • Expertise in multi site and multi channel environments. Retail experience is ideal but aligned sectors will be considered
  • A commercially minded data leader, able to work cross functionally and influence at board level
  • Strong understanding of how data can unlock value across the business
  • A track record of delivering both technical change including platforms and tools and cultural change including mindsets and ways of working

6 month contract
