Overview of the role

The Dealing Director at IFX Payments will be responsible for overseeing the management of existing IBANQ clients and FX brokerage clients, while also directly managing FX dealing activities. This role will play a pivotal part in driving client satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth by ensuring top-tier account management, identifying opportunities for cross-selling and upselling, and managing foreign exchange transactions. The successful candidate will be both a strategic leader and hands-on in dealing FX transactions, working closely with clients to meet their currency exchange needs.

The position demands a blend of leadership in account management, deep understanding of FX markets, and direct experience in foreign exchange dealing.
