Delivery Associate Director – Software & Cloud Transformation

We are seeking highly capable Technical Delivery Leader to join a growing delivery team supporting high-profile digital transformation initiatives across the UK.

This role is particularly well-suited to professionals with experience in large-scale systems integration or enterprise consulting environments who have previous experience with software engineering / solutioning backgrounds.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex software or application programmes, often involving multiple workstreams

• Coordinate cross-functional teams, managing dependencies and technical delivery timelines

• Oversee cloud or legacy-to-cloud migration initiatives, ensuring alignment with client goals and enterprise architecture

• Engage with stakeholders across all levels, ensuring delivery is commercially viable and technically sound

• Work closely with architecture, engineering, and operations teams to drive continuous improvement in delivery practices

Required Experience:

• Proven background in technical project or programme delivery within a leading systems integrator or enterprise consultancy

• Strong understanding of modern software engineering practices, Agile methodologies, and full SDLC delivery

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to manage stakeholders, scope, risk, and change in complex delivery environments

• Commercial awareness and the ability to balance delivery priorities with client expectations

Package:

• £100,000 – £120,000
