We are partnering with a high-profile global agency that is seeking an experienced Delivery Director to join their team during an exciting stage of transformation and growth. Candidates must have prior experience in an advertising agency or production environment, with a strong background in transformation and change management projects. This role offers the opportunity to lead a high-impact strategic programme, driving meaningful change across the organisation. This is an ideal opportunity for a change leader who thrives in complex, fast-paced environments and has a proven track record of delivering cross-functional change initiatives, particularly within large-scale marketing, production, or agency settings. This is an initial 9 month contract and will be partly office based in central London. Candidates must have worked in an agency or production setting previously. Key Responsibilities: Lead the end-to-end business change programme, from initial planning through to implementation and ongoing optimisation.
