We are looking for a Deputy Creative Director to join our growing team. Reporting directly to the relevant Creative Director, this talented creative will be responsible for their allocated account(s), as well as creatively leading initiatives to promote and produce creative output of the highest standards expected from an agency that places excellence at the heart of its client offering. This role requires a dedicated and enthusiastic approach that inspires confidence in both internal and external stakeholders. Effectively, while reporting to the relevant senior creative lead when required, the Deputy Creative Director must be the confident and reliable creative face and voice of the agency across internal and external touchpoints for their allocated brands and initiatives.


Responsibilities


Creative leadership

  • Being a senior creative lead and team player – taking responsibility, instilling confidence and inspiring both internal and external stakeholders
  • Being receptive and listening to both clients and colleagues to develop compelling conceptual ideas that bring our clients’ vision to life
  • Convincingly presenting and leading work with a positive attitude and a “can do” mentality

With a strong portfolio and proven ability to reliably deliver work of the highest quality, we believe someone with the following experience could be a good match for this role:


  • A degree-level qualification in a relevant subject and a minimum of 3 years in a fast-paced healthcare agency and/or proven experience is essential
  • The ability to develop compelling conceptual ideas that align with communication strategy
  • Strong experience with the Adobe Creative Suite and fluency in InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop
