They operate vertically ensuring control from initial contact through to final print.Looking ahead and their plans for growth, they have identified the need to bring in a Deputy Design Director. As the right hand to the Creative Director, you will play a key role in managing projects and collections, keeping up the momentum and introducing a more organised and seamless design process. You will be ensuring that design output meets the highest standards of creativity, innovation, and usability. As this is a newly created role it will evolve around the successful candidates skillset.Other responsibilities include to:Lead design projects from concept to delivery, ensuring they meet business goals and client expectationsOversee quality control of design work and ensure alignment with company guidelines and strategic objectivesContribute to resourcing and workflow planning to ensure timely delivery of projectsBe involved in the bespoke side of the business and customer relationshipsStep in for the Creative Director when necessary to maintain continuity of leadership and decision-makingSkills and Experience expected from the Deputy Design Director:Experience from the textiles marketplace such as fabrics, furnishings, wall coverings and wallpaperKnowledge of printing techniques and ideally AVA CAD/CAMExcellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skillsAbility to manage multiple projects and prioritiesDetail-oriented with a commitment to creative excellence and innovationIn return they are offering a salary of c£60k and are open to discussing a benefits package on top. #J-18808-Ljbffr
