We are recruiting for a Deputy Director of DEI & OD, one of four newly created senior roles, to help shape and deliver our ambitious Brilliant People Strategy and Culture Transformation Programme. Reporting directly to the newly appointed Director of DEI & OD, this role offers a unique opportunity to lead transformational change, drive inclusive leadership and talent development, and embed equity and compassion across our organisation. Main duties of the job The postholder will provide senior leadership and overall operational and performance management of the DEI and OD teams to ensure provision of highly effective services that exceed the needs of customers, are innovative, and which operate in accordance with statutory requirements, best practice, NHS and Trust policies and procedures. Provide expert Learning and OD support as required to the Director of DEI and OD, Deputy Chief People Officer, Site Executive Teams, Care Group Triumvirates, Senior Managers and Clinicians. Whilst ensuring the provision of a wide range of timely and accurate Learning and OD and DEI performance information for corporate, internal and external reporting to the ICs, the London region, the national team and other relevant bodies. Educated to Masters level or equivalent in a relevant field (Leadership, Organisational Psychology, HR management) or equivalent experience Extensive senior experience in a similar role, providing sub executive level strategic direction in complex settings Extensive experience of leadership development, talent management and organisational development Specialist Knowledge and or experience/ or training in Equality Diversity and Inclusion
