Lead, coach and grow a strong systems engineering team to winner‑level performance. Deputise for the director of technology, shaping strategy and improved delivery. Orchestrate complex USV/AUV programmes—from design assurance to risk control. Act as senior technical liaison at client meetings, trials and industry forums. Drive continuous improvement across processes, tools and technology roadmaps.

Qualifications

Qualified, hands‑on engineering leader in marine robotics/advanced maritime tech. Proven delivery of complex, multidisciplinary programmes. Assured communicator with senior stakeholders; commercially focused. Chartered (or working toward) and inspired by integrating emerging tech.
