About The Role

As a Design Director, you’ll be responsible for taking a brief from concept to completion, crafting unique ideas that are beautifully designed and deliver impact. You’ll bring a creative vision, a strategic mindset, and the design skills to execute to the highest level. Whether shaping a campaign, creating engaging activations, or refining a toolkit, you’ll be hands-on in every step of the creative process.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in a creative agency, with a portfolio showcasing bold ideas and beautifully executed design.
• The passion to take a brief, generate design concepts, and bring them to life across multiple channels.
• The ability to design and generate ideas for brand experiences – how brands show up in physical spaces: experiential, sampling and in-store.
• Confident in presenting ideas to clients and internal teams. Clear understanding of storytelling and selling work.
• The ability to create 3D visuals as part of design concepts. Showing how a retail fixture or experience will look like.
• Comfortable using AI as part of your design tools, from mock ups to mood boards
• Open minded to how emerging technology and innovation can be incorporated to experiences and design solutions
• Collaborative mindset, comfortable working with designers, copywriters, and wider teams.
• Able to art direct photography and digital moving image.
• Switched on to trends and culture
• Experience in beer & spirits category would be very welcome but not essential to the role
