The ideal candidate will oversee the full lifecycle of commercial real estate acquisitions and office fit-out projects, ensuring successful delivery against business objectives, budgets, and timelines. Key Responsibilities Technical Due Diligence Lead and coordinate technical due diligence during commercial acquisitions, including building condition assessments, compliance checks, and risk analysis. Provide recommendations and risk-mitigation strategies to senior stakeholders. Cost & Procurement Management Develop project budgets, cost plans, and cash flow forecasts.
