We are working with a well-capitalised overseas investor that is in the early stages of establishing a UK platform focused on residential-led development. Backed by significant international capital and a long-term investment horizon, the client is looking to make a meaningful impact in the UK real estate market - with an emphasis on mixed-use, residential-led schemes including PBSA & BTR.
As they begin to lay the foundations of their UK presence, we are now initiating early conversations with exceptional candidates for the position of Development Director.
We are seeking a commercially astute and entrepreneurial professional with a strong track record in the UK residential or mixed-use development space. The ideal candidate will bring not only deep market knowledge and experience but also the vision and drive to help shape a new platform from inception. This will be a nationwide role, and the successful individual will play a pivotal part in building out the development strategy and pipeline from the ground up.
You’ll be comfortable operating at a strategic level while also rolling up your sleeves in the early stages. Experience in site acquisition, planning, delivery, and investment strategy is highly valuable.
