Overview

This role will include working within a wider Development team operating across the Midlands providing development consultancy advice to private and public sector clients. The role will involve regular engagement with the wider Savills business including agency, planning, valuation, building consultancy and Savills Earth.

Responsibilities

• You will be responsible for providing technical consultancy advice to clients and internal Savills teams on development schemes, including viability (both in connection with the formal planning application process and at strategic points in the development cycle) and valuation work.
• We are seeking someone who can manage a varied workload, who is confident, commercially focused and enjoys engaging with clients/colleagues.
• From valuation, land sales and acquisitions, through to funding and portfolio advisory transactional support, our end-to-end development services team in Birmingham works across commercial, residential and mixed-use projects throughout the UK.
