Base pay range
- Working across a range of brands
- up to £63,000 based on experience + fabulous benefits
This is a great opportunity for a Digital Account Director to join a well-established and successful independent agency operating across all channels from broadcast to biddable. Passionate about making a positive, genuine impact on every client they work with they have built a long list of clients across a wide range of industry sectors - a fantastic chance to join a smaller, talented team, broaden your skillset, work alongside key external stakeholders and be part of an exciting, dynamic, forward-thinking agency.
The role:
- Leading on the day to day running of clients digital biddable activity and responsible for implementation, analysis and optimisation of biddable campaigns while maintaining and developing client relationships.
- Closely work with client and immerse into their business and sector and confidently consult across different areas.
- While the role is principally focused on overseeing existing accounts the successful candidate will help shape a client’s overarching biddable strategy while carrying out initiatives which will ultimately fulfil or enhance client’s objectives.
- In addition, the role will have opportunities to get involved with the agency's business development through pitching for new business to evolve their Digital offering.
Experience and skills required:
Candidates must be fully conversant in Paid Media / Biddable channels including Paid Social, and Search and be able to demonstrate several years working across biddable campaigns, across implementation, strategic planning, measurement and evaluation and client account management. In addition to:
- Excellent analytical and numerical skills
- Ability to coordinate and prioritise a number of tasks at the same time
- Self-motivated and proactive
- Confident, approachable, and willing to build strong client relationships
Systems/software skills required:
- MS Excel to an advanced level
- MS Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Microsoft Search and/or Bing Ads
- Paid Social platforms including Meta, X and TikTok
- Website tracking tools such as Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics
- Ad management and ad serving tools
What’s on offer?
Salary will be based on experience up to c.£63,000
An excellent benefits package including generous annual leave and profit share scheme.
Hybrid - 3 days/week in Central London office
