We are seeking an experienced Digital Account Director to lead key client relationships and oversee a diverse portfolio of digital projects and marketing initiatives. This senior role combines strategy, delivery, and client growth, offering the opportunity to make a tangible impact in a collaborative and agile environment.


Responsibilities

  • Act as a trusted advisor, planning ahead and identifying growth opportunities for clients.
  • Lead and manage digital accounts, ensuring delivery of high-quality outcomes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across delivery, UX, strategy, marketing, and technical areas.
  • Drive client satisfaction, retention, and business growth.
  • Manage stakeholder engagement and maintain strong senior-level relationships.


Qualifications

  • 7+ years’ experience in a similar role, ideally within an agency or consultancy.
  • Proven expertise in managing digital accounts and multidisciplinary teams.
  • Strong knowledge of DXP/CMS websites, product development, and digital marketing.
  • Track record of delivering client growth and retention.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and commercial acumen.
