With the evolving FX technology landscape this is an integral role to the evolution of the FX business and how we service our clients. The candidate would join the UK, Europe and MEA FX Digital Sales team, based in London and with a focus on Digital sales for UK Hedge Funds. This team is part of the Global FX Digital Sales organisation, which is part of the Global FX Sales organisation within FX Markets.In this role you will:Achieve ambitious goals in FX Digital revenue, market and wallet share from the identified client franchise whilst supporting our growth aspirations in the voice businessBe responsible for the distribution of Citi’s electronic FX liquidity to hedge fund clientsLeverage internal and external data to drive client pricing strategy, balancing revenue and returns Originate and execute to win marquee mandates, grow net new business and drive new client acquisition in electronic FX, Custody FX and cross-border paymentsObtain client feedback, understand client needs and work with FX Trading partners, FX product and technology to enable delivery of new integrated products and solutions.Keep informed of changes in a dynamic, competitive marketplace and update internal partners on trendsPartner effectively with stakeholders across Trading, FX Product, FX Digital Sales, FX Sales and partners in Banking and Services Enhance share of mind with clients on their Digital strategyAppropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behaviour, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.What we will need from youThis is not an entry level position, and you will need to have experience in electronic FX salesPrevious experience in client-facing roles with proven track record on growing and maintaining relationships through value added service and commercial skillsAn entrepreneurial approach for business origination and developing new relationships and solutionsKeen interest in digitalization and understanding of FX markets Excellent interpersonal and communication skillsGood team ethic with the ability to build effective relationships and leverage a network of partners across the business.Bachelor’s/University degreeCandidates applying for this role must be aware that it is a Certified Role, subject to the FCA and PRA Certification Regime.The Certification Regime is one element of the Individual Accountability Regime which came into effect on 7 March 2016.Under the Certification Regime, Citi UK regulated entities (Citi entities) must ensure that employees working in certain roles categorised as specified significant harm functions (Certified Roles) are assessed as fit and proper to carry out their role.Under the guidance provided by the FCA and PRA, firms should have regard to the following when assessing fitness and propriety:Honesty, integrity and reputationFinancial soundnessCompetence and capabilityIn order to comply with the requirements of the Certification Regime, Citi entities must take reasonable care to ensure that an employee does not perform a Certified Role without first being certified as Fit and Proper.
