By embedding these capabilities into our services for customers and clinical sites, we are strengthening our leadership in AI-driven clinical research and helping bring life-changing treatments to patients faster and more efficiently. Role Overview We are seeking a senior technology leader to serve as  Director of Agentic Architecture and Development . This pivotal role will shape how autonomous agents are architected, developed, and deployed across IQVIA’s RDS technology ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in engineering—particularly in AI/ML systems—and have transitioned into architectural leadership. They will bring hands-on experience solving complex technical challenges and driving agentic architecture initiatives within engineering teams.
