Overview Kingsley is seeking a highly accomplished Architect at Director or Partner level to provide strategic leadership and drive the growth of an established architectural team within a respected multidisciplinary consultancy.
Responsibilities
Provide clear leadership and direction to an established team of architects and designers.
Develop and implement strategies to expand the practice’s regional presence and client base.
Take responsibility for the design leadership and successful delivery of complex, high-profile projects across multiple sectors.
Play an integral role in senior leadership discussions, contributing to the overall strategic objectives of the business.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, stakeholders, and industry partners.
Candidate Profile
Chartered Architect with significant post-qualification experience and recognised leadership credentials.
Demonstrable experience of managing large-scale projects and leading multidisciplinary teams.
Proven ability to generate new business, supported by an established professional network.
Strong commercial awareness with the ability to balance design quality and business performance.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to inspire, influence, and lead.
