The Director – Asset Management will:
Lead all asset management activities, ensuring strong governance and risk management. Oversee special servicing, managing assets in receivership, administration, or foreclosure. Collaborate with the deal team for comprehensive portfolio monitoring. Develop recovery strategies for non-performing loans.
